ABOUT THE INVESTMENT

The expansion of CH Serenada is a merger into a single dominant regional retail complex consisting of four components:
A hypermarket retail center with a GLA of 30,000 m², opened in 1997 (Krokus),
A fashion-oriented retail center with an area of 42,600 m², opened in October 2017 (Serenada),
A fashion and recreation-focused retail center covering 26,600 m², which will be opened in the final phase of the project and will connect Krokus and Serenada (Junction).
Close connection with existing standalone units of the Olsza zone (Aqua Park, Multikino).

The result of this connection will be Serenada (99,200 m² GLA), the largest, most modern, and most attractive commercial and recreational complex in southern Poland.
