ABOUT THE INVESTMENT

Mayland owns a number of strategically located plots of land in Mokotów. The investment site is situated within a development area at the intersection of Siekierkowska Route (a thoroughfare connecting the western and eastern parts of Warsaw) and Polish Fighter Avenue. The plots, with a total area of 42,000 square meters, will be developed as a commercial park covering nearly 17,000 square meters, creating a multifunctional commercial space located in close proximity to large-scale residential developments.
