ABOUT THE INVESTMENT
Bella Dolina is our second, comprehensive development project, built entirely from scratch in Rzeszów. It sets new standards in creating urban residential spaces to ensure that young, modern residents of Rzeszów can live comfortably. The estate is constructed with innovative and energy-efficient solutions in mind.
It is located in one of Rzeszów’s fastest-growing districts – on Lubelska Street. This area attracts numerous international companies, providing a strong employment base, along with modern residential and commercial buildings.
This location guarantees incredible connectivity (highway, northern bypass of the city, Mazowiecki Bridge, airport). Everything is within easy reach. In June 2019, the first two buildings were completed, featuring modern yet distinctive architecture (façade with bold, graphite accents beautifully complementing white and wooden elements), promising further development stages of the estate.
In June 2022,we handed over apartments in buildings P3 and P4 to clients, and November 2023, the owners received keys to apartments in buildings P5, P6, and P7.
The new phases of the investment also bring new green solutions. All buildings in phase 4 (as well as phase 3 from building P5) will be equipped with photovoltaic panels, which will help reduce electricity bills for residents in common areas.
This solution will enable the newly constructed blocks to optimally utilize renewable energy sources.

You can now reserve your dream home in buildings P8, P9, P10, P11, and P12.The offer includes nearly 500 apartments with attractive layouts starting from 33 m2.
Ultimately, the entire Bella Dolina investment will include up to 20 residential buildings, with nearly 2,000 apartments.
