General Director and Board Member

Beata Maciąg, associated with the Casino Group for 18 years, has been promoted to the Chief Financial Officer in 2008. Since 2016 she has served as a board member and supervised the accounting, financial, HR, IT and administration departments.
She was responsible for:

• consolidation of financial statements and reporting to the Group;
• issue of two tranches of bonds for funding Géant retail chain in Poland for the total amount of over 500 million Euro;
• acquiring funds for Mayland’s Project, such as Karolinka, Pogoria, Jantar and Serenada shopping centres;
• the sale of shopping centres in terms of the price calculation, tax analyses and optimisation.
