Leasing Director and Board Member

Grzegorz Latała has been active in the real estate industry for more than 20 years. He started his career in Domy Towarowe Casino, where he contributed to the formation of the property management team. After the sale of the asset, he took the position of Chief Operating Officer and Property Management Director within the Apsys Group. In 2005 he joined the Mayland team, built and managed the leasing department right from the start and took part in creating the concept of shopping centres.

• Apsys – supervision of more than 1,000 lease agreements and management of the largest portfolio of shopping centres in Poland at that time.
• Mayland Real Estate – the creation of leasing department, signing and supervision of negotiations of more than 800 lease agreements.
• Building and maintaining stable relations with key tenants operating on the Polish market, among others: Inditex Group, H&M, Ikea, Auchan.
